The Neftys Group announces changes to its governance and management organization, effective May 1, 2026. These developments are part of the Group’s ongoing growth strategy and aim to strengthen its structure to sustainably support its expansion and ambitions.
Founder of the Group in 1987, Jacques Mignot is handing over the presidency to his son, Diego Mignot, after nearly forty years at the helm of the company.
He will step down from operational responsibilities but will remain actively involved alongside the Group as Founder and member of the Strategic Committee, contributing to its major strategic directions.Having been involved in the company since 2013, Diego Mignot has played an active role in its development, achieving strong performance marked by significant growth.
He now assumes the presidency and will continue the family entrepreneurial project with a clear ambition: to accelerate the Group’s development through both organic growth and expansion into new markets, in France and internationally.
As part of this new organization, Nicolas Lang has been appointed General Manager of the Neftys Group.
Having joined in 2022 as France General Manger, he has made a decisive contribution to the Group’s structuring and performance, driving strong business growth in recent years.
With over twenty years of experience in the healthcare sector, notably within the URGO Healthcare group where he held international leadership roles, Nicolas Lang brings recognized expertise in strategic management and multi-market development.
As part of this reorganization, Stéphanie Hallier has been appointed Managing Director France
With more than twenty years of experience in animal health, notably with Pfizer and Zoetis, she has in-depth knowledge of the veterinary market and its stakeholders. Her background, combining operational and financial expertise, is a key asset in supporting the development of the Group’s activities in France
